The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12-month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an engaging role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an analytical and numerate Junior Product Solutions and Implementation Analyst to assist in the day to day running and monitoring of the exchange traded product platforms. This will be a wide-ranging role with significant opportunities to learn the detailed working mechanics of Invesco’s ETF and Index strategies product range and the investment management process. The role involves conducting ETF fee calculations, producing detailed reports, and managing the governance of commercial contracts. There will also be opportunities to be involved in the launch of new products and platforms as well as helping to manage operational and regulatory change projects.

You will be involved in:

  • Performing comprehensive fee calculations and processing on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Generating monthly reports for Invesco teams and external parties, covering AUM, Net New Assets, ETF product margins, fees, and the UCITS static funds universe.
  • Assisting with the launch of new products and platforms
  • Production of daily risk statistics

What do we need from you?

  • Good knowledge of Technology and the Microsoft operating environment
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint / Word / Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in working with databases (SQL) and programming (Python) 
  • Great analytical skills 
  • To be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Open minded and enthusiastic
  • A proactive attitude to learning

  • We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme.
  • We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK from the start date until at least January 2027
