Role Overview
The Human Resources team is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to join them this Summer in our London office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that partner with business leaders on the people strategy and to enable employees to thrive and succeed in their roles. BAM HR encompasses Benefits, Learning & Performance, HR Systems & Operations, and Business Partnership. You will be working in a fast-paced, collegial, collaborative and energetic team where you will gain valuable learning and work experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Learning & Performance initiatives
- Support Benefits & wellness initiatives
- Assist with analyzing, maintaining and preparing data and documents
- Work closely with Human Resources on ad-hoc projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Demonstrates discretion, integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
- Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, with ability to collaborate across departments
- Positive attitude and willingness to ask what more can be done
- A passion for people/talent development is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required, knowledge of PowerPoint a plus
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or, related field
- Graduation date ranging from December 2026 – June 2027
