This is a degree level apprenticeship, and upon successful completion you will achieve either a BA or BSc Honours degree in Project Management. You will be able to use your experience to become a fully effective professional with the opportunity to continue learning and developing in a specialist area.

To widen your skillset in as many areas as possible, you may have the opportunity to take part in planned rotations across several different functions while ongoing your formal training with the university, as well as training by the team you are placed in to help you develop the skills needed for a career with Network Rail.

You will generally work Monday to Friday but may find yourself working in a shift pattern, travelling to various sites, and working across a mix of weather conditions whilst always having the health and safety of your colleagues at the forefront of your mind.
