About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Manufacturing Graduate to join our Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in manufacturing, working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development while giving you real responsibility.
As part of our Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently, helping us deliver market-leading products to customers across the UK and Ireland.
What you’ll be doing
You'll learn how to plan and coordinate production across a busy manufacturing operation, including:
- Developing production schedules that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity and stock levels.
- Working closely with our production teams to ensure orders are manufactured efficiently and delivered on time.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure materials arrive when needed.
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to improve stock management.
- Analysing production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure production plans meet customer requirements.
- Producing reports and performance data to support business decisions.

What we’re looking for
- A degree (or be due to graduate) in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- A genuine interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
