About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual, ideally a recent graduate or early-career professional based in the Nottingham area, to join our operations team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operational delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll gain practical experience working with real client data, developing strong Excel skills, and learning how to manage workloads against tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate data processing, timely responses, and adherence to operational controls.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining and updating consumer and commercial data across client systems

  • Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads to consistently meet SLAs

  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and responding to operational queries

  • Supporting internal teams, clients, and suppliers with timely and accurate updates

  • Identifying and escalating risks, delays, or data issues proactively

  • Using Microsoft Excel extensively to track activity, manage data, and support reporting

  • Handling telephone queries where required, in line with client expectations

  • Following established processes, compliance standards, and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, organised, and keen to build a career in operations or business support.

  • Strong Excel capability – comfortable working with data, tracking tasks, and creating basic reports

  • Ability to thrive under pressure – managing workloads against tight deadlines and SLAs

  • High attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in all tasks

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Clear communication skills – written and verbal

  • Proactive mindset – takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion

  • Team-oriented approach – collaborative and supportive

Experience & Background:

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals

  • Administrative, customer service, or operational experience (including internships or part-time roles)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking or reporting

  • Any exposure to working to deadlines or targets

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

  • Exposure to financial services, debt, or regulated environments

  • Experience working with shared mailboxes or high-volume workflows

  • Awareness of compliance-driven processes

If you’re detail-oriented, confident working with data, and looking to start or grow your career in operations, this is a great opportunity to get started.
