This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll gain experience across events, campaigns, and content creation. You’ll work closely with our design and communications teams, helping to coordinate activity, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution across multiple marketing channels.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure across events, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you’ll join a supportive team and play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing activity that supports brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and support company events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site set-up

• Manage courier bookings and coordinate deliveries for events and marketing materials

• Order and track branded merchandise, ensuring stock levels are maintained

• Assist with event set-up, breakdown, and general coordination

• Support data input, data cleansing, and CRM updates

• Help manage social media channels, including content scheduling and basic reporting

• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning and execution

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth running of the department
