Protector Insurance is one of the fastest-growing insurers in the UK. Founded in Norway, they expanded into the UK in 2015 and have achieved rapid growth ever since. As part of this success, their recently established Mid-Market Underwriting team is looking for a motivated graduate to join them in managing a designated portfolio of renewal business.

In this role, you'll work on cases up to £50k GWP across Motor, Property, and Liability, delivering profitable growth and building strong relationships with partner brokers. Service delivery is key, so you'll need to be proactive, organised, and confident in taking ownership of your workload from start to finish.

No prior insurance experience is needed - you'll receive full training through a mix of structured learning and on-the-job development, giving you the skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry. From day one, you'll gain valuable underwriting experience and build a strong technical foundation for a rewarding career in the Insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of renewal business across Motor, Property, and Liability.
- Delivering profitable growth in line with business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner brokers.
- Prioritising effectively and taking ownership of your workload.
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team.

Requirements:
- Recent Graduate calibre with a strong academic background.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- No prior insurance experience required - full training provided.
