The role
Joining our Manchester team
This placement will offer exposure into the following areas of accountancy:
Audit
Audit is a vital service that provides assurance on the accuracy of financial statements. Our Audit team works closely with clients to understand their business, assess risks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Tax
Our Corporate Tax team helps businesses meet their tax responsibilities and make smart financial decisions. From preparing tax returns to supporting advisory projects, they work with a wide range of clients.
Our Personal Tax team help individuals manage their tax responsibilities and plan for the future. From preparing tax returns to advising on inheritance and capital gains, they work closely with clients to create tax-efficient solutions.
Corporate Finance
Our Corporate Finance team helps clients solve some of their most important financial and strategic challenges. From buying and selling businesses to raising investment and planning growth, you’ll work closely with your colleagues and our clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Forensic Accounting
Our Forensic Accounting team investigates financial disputes, fraud, and irregularities, applying technical expertise to real-world scenarios. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Forensic and Valuations team, analysing data, solving problems, and presenting findings that support legal and commercial decisions.
Qualifications
This placement may result in opportunities to return as a graduate and complete a professional qualification such as the ACA (England & Wales) or ICAS (Scotland).
