As an AI Lab Graduate Analyst you’ll support the development of advanced AI solutions that are scalable, high-performing and aligned with business needs. You’ll also help extend the capabilities, accuracy and performance of Intellisort, our AI-powered data categorisation app.
You’ll work closely with back-end and front-end developers to coordinate development activity and ensure the seamless delivery of complete AI solutions. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to wider lab initiatives, including AI research, model fine-tuning and database design and exploratory work into emerging technologies.
As part of your development, you’ll attended external AI events, conferences, and forums to stay up to date with the latest advancements and bring back relevant insights to the Lab.
You'll make an impact by:
- Helping design and deliver AI solutions directly to improve how our people work.
- Bringing together technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
- Supporting colleagues across RSM who are experimenting with simple AI solutions, run internal workshops to share knowledge and showcase AI use cases

What we are looking for:
You don’t need to have experience with all of this from day one, we’ll support you with training, mentoring, and hands-on learning as you build your skills.
We’re searching for students who are passionate about digital and excited by new possibilities.
You’ll also need:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level), plus an obtained/predicted honours degree.
- Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Time management, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in AI, data, and emerging technologies
- Experience using Python is desirable
- Having a STEM background is desirable but not essential
