What you’ll need

To apply for our Technology Analyst Graduate Programme, you don’t need to be able to code, and you won’t need technical skills to apply – that’s our job to teach you! You will, however, need a genuine passion for technology and the systematic mindset to grow passion into potential. Therefore, graduates from STEM degrees or degrees with STEM or analytical modules are preferred.

Graduates who tend to excel on this programme are:

  • Analytical thinkers

  • Have a great interest in how technology solves problems

  • A proactive, curious and growth mindset

  • Willingness to learn and adapt as projects change

  • Problem solvers who enjoy collaborating to get things done

If you're someone who enjoys analytical thinking, staying organised, and being part of a team building real solutions, this could be a great match.

Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.

This role does not meet the minimum salary threshold for visa sponsorship.

Your Development Path

After you have completed your initial training, you will be available to start your first role. Project roles vary based on our demand as a business, and we encourage our analysts to try a variety of different opportunities. For this programme roles may typically include:

  • Quality Engineer

  • Data Analyst

  • Business Analyst

  • DevOps

Throughout your graduate programme and beyond, you’ll be supported with training, coaching and guidance to help you progress in your career. In your first 12 months, you may work on a variety of projects to explore the full breadth of what we do, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.

After this, you’ll align to a specialised business area that reflects your ambitions. From that point on, you’ll continue to build expertise, take on more responsibility, and shape a career path that’s uniquely yours.

To bring this to life, here are some examples from recent Technology Analyst Graduates:

  • Andy joined the programme in 2022 and is now a User Experience Designer on a health services account, where he applies his design expertise to enhance service accessibility and usability for patients and practitioners.

  • Francesca joined Accenture in February 2022 and now leads the requirements gathering and analysis for a major project within Health and Public Services. She plays a critical role in supporting our client’s digital transformation, by defining business and technical requirements, mapping critical data and processes, guiding the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, and decommissioning outdated infrastructure - improving efficiency, reducing costs, and securing long-term operational resilience.

Where you take your career after the programme is up to you - and we’ll be right there to help you make it happen.
