  • Join Accenture Operations and develop market-leading skills in business process outsourcing at one of the world’s largest consulting and technology firms.
  • Work in our recently renovated offices in London 3+ days per week alongside industry experts and thought leaders.
  • Start dates available from September 2025 through to August 2026 and are filled on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.

In Accenture Operations, we use technology to elevate people and transform the way work gets done with the most advanced technology available. Rethinking the way people work and businesses perform, we harness the power of rich data for better decision-making, whilst leveraging innovative technology and advanced machine intelligence.

There's real variety for the graduates who join us. You could find yourself involved in client delivery, project management, automation and robotics, or sales and account management. We collaborate with colleagues from across Accenture to offer an unrivalled mix of skills and solutions that will not only give you incredibly broad exposure to other fields, but the opportunity to use some of the most advanced technology around.

Life as an Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be part of a global network of operations professionals including capabilities that range from solution development to account leadership. You might find yourself delivering services to our clients in core business processes, or interpreting and translating business requirements into deliverable solutions that create value for Accenture and our clients. You will help to mobilise people, technology and processes to deliver stable, workable and commercially viable client services, all whilst leveraging Accenture’s best practices to support the sales process and commercial negotiations.

In your first two years, the graduate programme offers you the opportunity to try one or more projects across the following areas:

  • Business Operations Delivery: Deliver services to our clients in core business processes. Provide technical support in a functional or industry specific area with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. You’ll learn to identify associated risks and security requirements linked to the business process.
  • Mobilisation: Mobilise the people, technology and processes of our clients to deliver stable, workable and commercially viable client services. You’ll work as part of a project team with Mobilisation Leads, Outsourcing Solutions Architects and Programme Managers to define, build and implement projects and solutions.
  • Solutions Architecture: Interpret and translate client requirements into deliverable solutions that create value for Accenture and our clients. You’ll work within a project team to develop the schedule, work plan, resource plan and costs. You’ll become a key member of the sales team and represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal teams.
  • Account Leadership: You’ll develop your skills to own a client relationship for a particular contract in one or more of our Operations offerings. This may involve providing support in over-seeing various projects and really understanding the client’s needs, while keeping up to date with changes in the industry.
  • Sales: You’ll learn to leverage Accenture’s best practices to support key activities within the sales process such as bid management, deal shaping, commercial negotiations, and client relationship development to help create compelling value propositions for our clients.

Whatever you’re doing today, it could be different tomorrow, as you’ll move between projects of varying durations in a range of industries. Regardless of what you’re working on, you’ll be constantly collecting and analysing data to understand business processes, and then presenting it in easily digestible forms to deliver high-impact data-driven business insights.

What we’re looking for

We look for outstanding performers, with an open and collaborative mindset. You’ll need well-rounded capabilities with a proactive, driven and self-empowering approach. Change is the only constant in our line of work, so you’ll need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands. A dedicated teammate, you’ll have great communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and you’ll be confident presenting to an audience and interacting with senior stakeholders.

You’ll need to have a growth mindset and above all you’ll need to be naturally curious about business and technology, and passionate about building a career in operations and outsourcing. If you’re analytical, a good communicator and love to problem-solve within a team environment, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for you to demonstrate your passion in either your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities. Experience using PowerPoint and Excel at an intermediate or advanced level are a big bonus, as is an ability to analyse data using statistical methods to find insights and patterns.

To join our graduate programme, you’ll need to have achieved a bachelor’s degree from an accredited UK university, or international equivalent, by the time you join us. In Operations, we accept applications from all degree disciplines but are particularly interested in candidates with science, technology, engineering or mathematics degrees, and those with business, management, economics or finance degrees. We value strong academic performance, but do not have minimum grade requirements for our programmes. We also accept applications from holders of master’s degrees aligned to the same subject areas above.

Where you’ll work

Accenture is a people-first business which thrives on great relationships with our clients and colleagues. We come together to collaborate and share knowledge at least three times per week, either at our clients’ offices or at one of our own offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester or Newcastle.

With this in mind, you will need to live within a commutable distance of your assigned office, which will be London, and you will be expected to come into the office regularly. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK, and sometimes outside of the UK. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 3 days a week, but potentially more often depending on your project and business requirements.

Additional Information
We receive an extremely high volume of applications for all programmes, and it is sometimes necessary to close applications earlier than anticipated. We would recommend early application to avoid disappointment. Candidates should only apply to one programme and geography at any one time.
