The Role at a Glance
Join our Operations Graduate Programme and help shape the future of some of the world’s biggest organisations to run smarter, faster, and more sustainably. As an Operations Analyst, you’ll work across industries including Financial Services, Energy and Media, supporting large-scale transformations and helping businesses deliver real impact.
Over the course of your programme, you will undertake four six-month rotations, giving you a breadth of experience to launch your career at Accenture. Across internal and client-facing roles, you’ll gain hands-on experience that sets you up for the future.
Life as an Operations Analyst
Every day is different. You could complete rotations and gain experience across the following areas:
Business Operations Delivery – work with our teams that deliver services on the ground to clients. You’ll get first hand experience of how our clients’ organisations run, and you’ll support key elements of delivery and project execution.
Mobilisation - You’ll work as part of a project team with mobilisation leads and client teams to stand up and implement new projects to clients, getting them ready for successful delivery.
Solutions Architecture - Interpret and translate client requirements into deliverable solutions that create value for Accenture and our clients. You’ll work within a project team to work out how to solve our clients' biggest challenges
Account Leadership - You’ll develop your skills to own a client relationship for a particular contract in one or more of our Operations offerings. This may involve providing support in over-seeing various projects and really understanding the client’s needs, while keeping up to date with changes in the industry.
Sales - You’ll learn to leverage Accenture’s best practices to support key activities within the sales process such as bid management, deal shaping, commercial negotiations, and client relationship development to help create compelling value propositions for our clients.
This variety means you’ll develop as both a doer and a thinker: balancing analytical skills with client-facing, personal skills, and gaining experience that sets you apart from day one.
