Operations Manager

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone currently completing their degree who is looking to build a career in operations, logistics, and business management.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, coordinating people, vehicles, and schedules to ensure every move is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily moving and storage operations from start to finish.

- Plan schedules and optimise routes across London and the wider UK.

- Assign drivers based on location, availability, vehicle size, job requirements, and workload.

- Maintain clear communication with teams throughout the day.

- Manage last-minute schedule changes, delays, cancellations, and operational challenges.

- Work with operational tools including Google Calendar, Slack, Tookan, and warehouse management platforms.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational partners.

Requirements

• Higher education completed or currently in progress.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
