P&G Virtual Insight Week
Ready to step inside how a multi-billion-dollar business really works, build the commercial skills that most students don’t get access to, and help you gain an advantage ahead of your internship or graduate applications?
Across four days, join a selected cohort of students to take part in a series of live sessions designed to build the capabilities that matter most. You will learn how to think commercially, make decisions under uncertainty, communicate with clarity, and build your personal brand.
You will hear directly from leaders across P&G, including Tom Moody, UK Managing Director, alongside other senior leaders and early career talent who have recently made the transition into the business following university.
This is more than an introduction to P&G. You will access perspectives, real business challenges, and ways of thinking that most students don’t typically experience during university.
Who Should Attend?
This programme is open to UK university undergraduate students, regardless of degree subject or year group.
We are looking for students who are curious, motivated, and proactive in building their skills ahead of future career decisions.
Places are limited, and participation is offered to a selected cohort of students.
Why you should invest the time
This programme is designed for students who want to be more confident, more commercially aware, and better prepared when applying for internships and graduate roles. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what top employers look for, how to stand out, and how to apply these skills when opportunities open.
Each session has been designed to work on its own, but the real value comes from taking part across the whole week. Participants who attend all 8 sessions will receive a certificate of completion, which can be added to your CV and LinkedIn profile as evidence of your learning and development.
What to Expect?
The programme runs from
Monday 8 June to Thursday 11 June 2026.
All sessions are delivered live and virtually, with two sessions per day from 2-4pm, each lasting one hour.
Across the week, you will take part in sessions shaped around the following themes:
Inside an $8 Trillion Industry: How Consumer Goods Really Works
Think Like a CEO with Tom Moody, UK Managing Director
How We Use Data and Technology to
Solve Real Business Problems
How Brands Are Built:
From Idea to Shelf
What It’s Really Like Starting
Your Career at P&G
Demystifying Selling:
The Consultancy Role We Play with Retailers
How to Build A Personal Brand that Sets You Apart
Live Q&A: Insights from Graduates and Recruiters
Places on the programme are limited. Participation is by invitation, and students who are selected will be welcomed into a cohort for the full week. Once invited, you’ll receive access to the session links, materials, and the wider programme experience.
