We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing student to join our team specializing in Communications for our Global Marketing Operations business unit in Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 14th July 2025.

External Qualifications and Competencies

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Managing the workflow of the intake, planning and execution of digital campaigns
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Teams and Communications teams to maintain progress on digital campaigns and ensure alignment on key next steps to meet project timelines and goals
  • Documenting various processes, which will help in the ongoing training, information sharing and enablement of the Communications Teams
  • Updating the team SharePoint with important processes and workflows that impact all Communications functions
  • Assisting in the processes that enable end to end reporting including the creation of salesforce campaign IDs, UTM codes and QR codes.
  • Promoting the services of the Digital Marketing team to the wider organization

Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Studying towards a Marketing degree or relevant business degree
  • Proficient in business tools including Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail
