We are looking for an enthusiastic Analyst to join our team specializing in E-mobility Sales and Business Development for our Electrified Power Business Unit (EPBU) in Cwmbran, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 20th July 2026.

External Qualifications and Competencies

The requirements are to be fully onsite Monday to Friday for this role, with some adaptability, so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Developing valuable collaboration skills within the Centre of Excellence for eMobility in Europe for Accelera by Cummins.

  • Supporting the development of market intelligence tools and reporting.

  • Working on complex commercial offers with customers, understanding approaches to pricing.

  • Contributing to improving Commercial Processes to manage documentation and reporting.

  • Supporting development and testing of a quotation tool that all sales managers can use.

  • Identifying, understanding and correcting flaws in data that supports effective information governance across operational business processes and decision making.

Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Identifying, understanding and correcting flaws in data that supports effective information governance across operational business processes and decision making.

  • Studying for a Bachelors’ degree or above in: Business Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Relations, Politics, Economics, etc.,

  • Understands basic customer-supplier and B2B dynamics.

  • Good organisational skills and an effective communicator, open to new ideas and ways of thinking.
