What You’ll Do:
Kick off with an engaging induction, then dive into real projects while building your skills. Over two years, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing project lifecycles, finance, risk management, and stakeholder relations. With mentorship along the way, you’ll focus on developing core technical skills to help you thrive. Adaptability is key—expect a mix of office, home, and site work.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for passionate, driven graduates ready to take on challenges and deliver results. Here’s what we’re after:
- A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Business Studies, or a STEM subject focused on Project Management achieved within the last two years.
- A knack for solving complex problems and understanding project risks.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience in projects is a bonus!).
