What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Build and manage relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders.

• Source, assess, and interview top talent across global markets.

• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end — from first call to placement.

• Develop deep sector expertise in our specialist sectors.

• Drive business development, win new clients, and grow your own portfolio.

• Operate as a trusted consultant, not a transactional recruiter.

This is a changeable, intellectually challenging role where no two days are the same.

Requirements

• University degree (any discipline)

• Successful candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK from the start date.
