We at Elix Sourcing Solutions are looking for our next Recruitment Resourcer; a role where you will exclusively deal with candidates by finding, interviewing, assessing and matching candidates with roles given to you by account managers.
About Elix
Elix is a leading Recruitment Consultancy covering the UK, European and US Engineering, Manufacturing, and Energy markets. The desk in question will be covering the UK market.
Job Responsibilities
You will be given vacancies by account managers to work and will cover a variety of roles. You will receive training, development, and support to ensure you are knowledgeable and comfortable with the roles you are being asked to find candidates for. Candidates may come via job applications to your email inbox, and some will require you to use LinkedIn and CV Databases to find candidates.
This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role, working as part of a team of late twenties and 30’s aged staff.
