Job Description – Key Responsibilities

  • The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for regulatory intelligence and research tasks and processes within the organization. 
  • Conform to the ISMS requirements and policies and promote adherence to ISO and security requirements across the organization.
  • Keep up to date ISMS legal register, and perform impact assessment to the ISMS and regulatory requirements to the organization. Follow up actions and implementation.
  • Regulatory intelligence and research processes key contributor (MedBoard platform). 
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in industry and regulatory.
  • Continuously review authorities’ updates coming through the MedBoard platform to evaluate impact and actions
  • Development of new regulatory databases and projects
  • Executive Support - spending time working closely to assist the CTO and wider leadership team with regulatory tasks.
  • Customer Support: help customers with enquiries related to regulatory intelligence.
  • Research new information and requirements
  • Help data scientists in projects providing input
  • Key contributor to the platform in terms of regulatory affairs and Country Registrations modules
  • Development and quality of the platform and content in the areas of Intelligence, primarily for Regulatory.
  • Being a start up, and as usual with a small company, you may be required to work in any other task such as may be required by the company from time to time and which is reasonably within your capabilities.

Skills and qualifications required

  • Passion to solve the problems aligned with the MedBoard mission and help organization and customers to operate efficiently. 
  • Great operational and problem-solving skills, we often deal with the "unknown”. Good technical and personal attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related subject, including science or engineering roles
  • An open mind-set willing to join international environment and interested in joining an intercultural team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels in English.
  • Great knowledge of Office 365 packages.
  • Great understanding of the of subject and potential to quickly learn information and technology as industry continuously evolves.
  • Attention to detail
