Responsibilities:
Our graduate programme will see you making an immediate contribution to a range of complex data analytics and insight projects. Working with market-leading data, digital tools and GenAI, and learning from experienced consultants, you’ll:
• Develop your consulting, practical and technical skills on our 12-month FAST START training programme
• Gain exposure to real client assignments, with opportunities to begin building relationships with high-profile clients across a range of sectors
• Use your creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful conclusions and insights
• Work with companies to understand and qualify the impact of their compensation strategy using data analytics and dashboards
• Listen to client challenges and help to identify business development opportunities, research prospects and develop proposals using AI-driven insights
• Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and data insights
• Support our digital transition to automated job matching to streamline clients’ survey data submission process
• Work alongside our industry experts to develop your own industry expertise
• Support the publication of our market surveys and help our clients get the most out of the results, providing survey and compensation consulting support throughout the full survey cycle
• Broaden your understanding of our client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications that are reshaping our industry

Not only will you have the opportunity to work on projects that involve our wider Work & Rewards practice, but you’ll also join our journey as we harness the power of AI to enhance our productivity and quality.

Requirements:
Our graduate programmes are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:
• A natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind
• Comfortable working with and analysing data to draw meaningful conclusions
• Familiar, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks
• A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Committed to quality, continuously working to achieve the highest excellence standards
• An active listener who can understand and respond to the needs of others
• Curious and eager to learn new skills and apply them to the ever-changing needs of our clients
• At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline

Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role, which means blending working at home with at least three days in the office (four in your first few months), collaborating with and learning from the people around you.
