Joining our Internal Audit team

What does an Internal Audit Graduate do?

Our Internal Audit team plays a vital role in helping clients manage risk, improve processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. As a graduate in Internal Audit, you’ll develop a deep understanding of business operations, risk management, and internal controls across a wide range of sectors.

You’ll work closely with clients to assess their systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical recommendations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how organisations operate and to develop skills that are highly valued across the business world.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of internal audit assignments for a diverse range of clients

• Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes

• Documenting findings and preparing clear, concise reports

• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to identify practical solutions

• Developing your knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

• Building great working relationships with clients and your team

Qualifications

The qualification that will be undertaken for this position will be the CIA.
