Joining our Internal Audit team
What does an Internal Audit Graduate do?
Our Internal Audit team plays a vital role in helping clients manage risk, improve processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. As a graduate in Internal Audit, you’ll develop a deep understanding of business operations, risk management, and internal controls across a wide range of sectors.
You’ll work closely with clients to assess their systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical recommendations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how organisations operate and to develop skills that are highly valued across the business world.
Your responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of internal audit assignments for a diverse range of clients

Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes

Documenting findings and preparing clear, concise reports

Collaborating with colleagues and clients to identify practical solutions

Developing your knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

Building great working relationships with clients and your team
Qualifications
The qualification that will be undertaken for this position will be the CIA.
