Robotics Engineer

We are looking to recruit five engineers:

• Three with a background in robotics, and
• Two with a background in software engineering (C or C++ preferred).

These individuals will be trained to become experts in programming Fanuc robots for our specific applications and AGV/cobot made in China. Those with software expertise will focus on developing the AI features required for our systems.

Training & Support

We will fully cover the cost of their training in China, including:

• Tuition and training fees
• Lodging
• Working meals
• Transportation
• Insurance

Entertainment and leisure and similar expenses will not be covered.

Salary & Career Progression

During the first year, engineers will be hired as Trainee Engineers with a starting salary of £22,308 per year (excluding the benefits mentioned above).

Career progression will be based on:

• Performance during the training period
• Skills acquired during the first year

Depending on the outcomes, trainees may either:

• Continue training (if needed)
• Be promoted to Junior Engineer roles

In addition to technical training, they will be exposed to the manufacturing environment and develop management and leadership skills.
