Job Description

Our two-year Sales & Marketing Programme provides the opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across multiple disciplines within our Sales & Marketing team. This structured rotational scheme is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a future career in the nuclear industry. You will rotate through four key placements:

  • Business Development
  • Tendering and Bid Management
  • Marketing, Communications
  • Social Value

Each placement is designed to build both technical and soft skills, offering you a well-rounded view of our operations and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in developing client proposals and presentations

Tendering

  • Contribute to bid preparation and submission processes
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to create compelling offers
  • Maintain bid libraries and documentation

Marketing

  • Assist with the development of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Support internal and external communications, including social media and events
  • Contribute to branding and content creation initiatives

Social Value

  • Support the implementation and reporting of Orano's social value commitments
  • Engage with local communities, partners and stakeholders
  • Develop initiatives that align with Orano's social value goals

Ideal Qualifications

A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or with relevant experience in a field that will bring the right skills and knowledge to the role.

Right to work in the UK and ability to obtain relevant security clearance (e.g. BPSS or SC as required).
