Sales Assistant

Key responsibilities

Work closely with experienced traders to manage supplier and customer relationships, track market trends, and help keep the supply chain moving smoothly whilst developing knowledge and experience of sales and buying. This will include:

• Supporting sales and procurement across the wholesale division.
• Building relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitoring market trends to spot new opportunities.
• Learning how to negotiate, forecast, and contribute to commercial strategy.
• Working with a small, hands-on team who will support your growth.

Skills required

• Genuine interest in food, agriculture, or trading.
• Confident communicator with good commercial instincts.
• Adaptable, organised, and ready / willing to learn in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion to grow in a sector that rewards hustle and curiosity.

Qualifications required

A degree (ideally in Business, Agri-food, Supply Chain, or similar).
