Somak Luxury Travel is a family-owned, market-leading luxury safari operator with over 55 years of expertise in African travel. Based in London, we attract clients from the UK, North America, Europe and the Middle East, and we own and operate properties in both Kenya and Tanzania.
Demand for African travel has never been stronger, and we are growing our team to meet it. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our London-based reservations team and help us deliver extraordinary experiences to our clients.
The Role You will manage client enquiries, craft bespoke safari itineraries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to departure. You will build in-depth knowledge of our African destinations and work closely with our operations and sales teams.
What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for wildlife and the natural world

A degree in zoology, wildlife biology, geography, environmental science or similar

Strong communication and organisational skills

A confident, enthusiastic and hardworking approach

The ability to travel to our key destinations for periods of up to two weeks in a year
