Sales Executive – hospitality, VIP guest services, events, concierge, luxury retail, or front of house backgrounds

UST is looking for confident, people focused professionals who excel at creating exceptional first impressions and building rapport with ease.
This role is ideal for individuals from hospitality, VIP guest services, events, concierge, luxury retail, or front of house backgrounds who are comfortable attending networking events, breaking the ice with senior stakeholders, and representing a premium brand with confidence and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:

Represent UST at networking events, roundtables, and industry forums, engaging prospects
through natural, high quality conversation. -
Create positive, memorable first impressions that spark interest in UST and our offerings.

Build relationships with potential and prospective clients, converting conversations into
qualified introductions. -
Follow up with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn, maintaining high engagement.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to progress opportunities and support pipeline
growth.
What We’re Looking For:

Great hospitality or VIP guest experience with a natural service mindset.

Confidence speaking to new people and senior stakeholders in professional settings.

Excellent communication skills and polished personal presence.
-
Curiosity, ambition, and a desire to build a long term career in sales.

Sales experience is welcome but not essential, attitude and people skills matter most.
