- Prior exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus (not a must).

What The Job Involves
This internship is expected to start in September/October 2025. This position requires a signed agreement with your business school or university.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Operations Intern / Graduate to join our London team for 6 months. You will work side by side with our Sales Operations Analyst in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—gaining hands-on experience in sales processes, CRM systems, data management, and business analytics.
You'll support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, contributing directly to process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic projects.
Salesforce & Systems Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team on Salesforce processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in data quality initiatives and system integrity projects.
- Create and update process documentation, guides, and user support materials.
Analytics & Reporting
- Support the analysis of sales performance and market trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights.
- Help prepare presentations and data summaries for internal meetings and business reviews.
Process Improvement & Project Support
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on cross-functional projects.
- Gather feedback from local and central teams to recommend improvements to tools and processes.
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing sales operations and enhancing business impact.
