About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strategically important team. Your contribution to the university’s vision of transforming people, societies, and places through outstanding graduate outcomes will be to support the central Placements and Go-Abroad teams to achieve ambitious KPIs, delivering over 75% graduate outcomes and increasing placements by 50% including abroad.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy but friendly team, to increase and deliver impactful placements, Go-Abroad experiences, and employer engagement activities in the central Careers & Placements team. You will positively impact graduate and student employability through supporting the administration of key processes and the student experience.
An important part of this role is working flexibly with colleagues in the team to increase placements and Go-Abroad opportunities for our students ensuring they have a positive experience.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, you will need to enjoy working under pressure, achieving targets, and problem-solving. With an outgoing personality, you will have experience of completing administrative tasks and talking to customers to high standards. A flexible and collaborative approach is essential for this role.
