Supply Chain Graduate Opportunity (6-Month Fixed-Term Role)
Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated recent graduate to join our team for a 6-month full-time role working closely with a senior Supply Chain Advisor. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on corporate experience and develop expertise in supply chain strategy and content development. If you’re passionate about researching industry trends, strategic thinking, and creating insightful content in areas like supply chain transformation, digital operations, AI in supply chain, sustainability, procurement, and logistics optimization, this role could be a great stepping stone for you. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while building a foundation for a long-term career in the supply chain domain.
What You’ll Do:
Research & Analysis:
Dive into in-depth research on the latest supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices. You will analyse industry reports, case studies, market data, and even academic publications, extracting key insights and emerging themes.
Content Development:
Collaborate with our senior Supply Chain Advisor to develop structured Point-of-View (POV) documents and executive-level white papers. You’ll help transform complex supply chain concepts into clear, compelling narratives – whether about digital transformation, AI in supply chain, or sustainability best practices.
Visual & Strategic Content Creation:
Assist in creating informative charts, frameworks, and strategic models to support our insights. Your work will contribute to thought leadership content, including internal knowledge assets, blog articles, and professional LinkedIn posts, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work side-by-side with a senior advisor to refine insights and shape messaging. This includes frequent brainstorming, reviewing drafts, and ensuring that our content aligns with business strategy and speaks to the needs of industry executives.
What You’ll Learn:
Real-World Supply Chain Strategy: First-hand exposure to real-world supply chain consulting and strategy projects, understanding how leading companies approach transformation, digital operations, and optimization challenges.
Thought Leadership Development: Direct, hands-on experience in creating executive-level thought leadership materials, from initial research to final polished white papers and presentations.
Mentorship: Close mentorship and guidance from a seasoned Supply Chain expert, who will provide valuable feedback, industry insights, and professional development advice to help you grow in your career.
This 6-month role is an excellent opportunity for a driven graduate looking to gain corporate experience in the dynamic field of supply chain management. If you are eager to learn, ready to take on challenges, and excited about shaping ideas that influence industry leaders, we encourage you to apply and start your journey with UST’s Supply Chain team.
