About Teach First

Teach First is an education charity that trains brilliant teachers, equips school leaders and campaigns for educational justice. Since 2003, we’ve reached over 1.5 million pupils facing disadvantage.

Driven by the knowledge that education transforms lives, we’ve trained over 20,000 teachers to work in the schools that need them most, changing the outcome for pupils living in poverty.

We are building a movement of Change Makers and Change Partners, making sure every child, no matter their background, gets the opportunities they deserve.

Change is possible.

Let’s rewrite the future.
