If you hold a degree in finance or a regulated related field, we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Trainee Insurance Broker within our high-performing Corporate team in Leeds.

Joining us as a Trainee Broker means you'll be given all the tools and support to start your career within the Corporate insurance world. Our team is high-performing and works on large complex cases, offering an excellent track record in developing our team and allowing you to flourish. You'll earn a basic salary relative to your experience alongside a generous bonus structure and all the benefits of working with the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers.

Role Responsibilities

Your daily activities will include supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service or sales, as relationship-building with our clients is key to your success.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Recently graduated or due to graduate at the end of this academic year.
  • A degree is absolutely essential as this role is only open to people who graduated in 2025 or are due to graduate in 2026.
  • Some knowledge of the Insurance Industry would be helpful but is not essential.
  • Experience in customer service is important.
