Working with Us: Our programme is designed to get you up and running as a researcher quickly. You’ll start as a Trainee, gaining knowledge through training and practical application. Your first three weeks will be spent on a training project, followed by active projects and specific research skills training. You’ll rotate through our teams every four months to get a comprehensive overview of our work. Our training programme, accredited by the Market Research Society, ensures you have the support and expertise needed to become a confident researcher.

What You’ll Do: As a trainee in our UK-based social market research agency, you’ll get hands-on experience in various aspects of research. You’ll start by learning the ropes and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow. Your tasks will include:

• Learning the Basics: Get familiar with designing research projects, collecting data, and analysing results.
• Supporting the Team: Assist experienced researchers with their projects and learn from their expertise.
• Developing Skills: Build your skills in report writing, data analysis, and client communication.
