The Legal Services for Individuals stream covers four practice areas:

  • Medical Negligence
  • Personal Injury – Serious Injury, and Asbestos & Occupational Disease
  • Court of Protection, and Public Law & Human Rights
  • Private Client Group – Family Law, Private Client Advisory, Private Client Dispute Resolution

Completing seats within the individual stream allows trainees to build complementary knowledge and skills relevant to their particular client base.
