We specialise in placing candidates in exciting roles at top summer camps where they can develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while making unforgettable memories. Get paid at least $2,250 for a 9-week placement. All food, accommodation and medical insurance included.

Job Overview:

As a Summer Camp Counsellor , you will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and engaging with campers in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. You will lead activities, support campers’ personal development, and ensure a positive camp experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor campers aged 6-17.
• Lead and assist in camp activities such as sports, arts, adventure, and outdoor programs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times.
• Work collaboratively with fellow counsellors and camp staff.
• Be a role model, fostering a fun and supportive camp culture.

Who We’re Looking For:

• University students or recent graduates
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and adaptable individuals.
• Experience working with children is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and live in a camp setting for the summer.

Additional Information:
