TARGETjobs joins forces with Inside Buzz to help job hunting graduates

Ever wished you could find out what it was really like working for a particular company? Better still, what if you could see the results of a comprehensive survey of the employer’s new graduate intake, and find out what recent recruits think of the organisation’s culture, hours, interview process, training and career prospects?

You’ll soon be able to do all this using TARGETjobs, as we’ve recently joined forces with Inside Buzz, which offers students independent reviews from company employees to help them make an informed decision about whether to make a job application.

From 1 February next year, Inside Buzz reviews will be available on TARGETjobs, sitting alongside our employer profiles and company insights in our employer hubs. This will give you the best and most comprehensive advice possible on how to get hired by a particular organisation and what to expect if you succeed.

At present 65 leading recruiters in a range of career areas distribute the Inside Buzz survey to their employees every year, including The Boston Consulting Group, Slaughter and May, HSBC, Nomura, Grant Thornton, Hogan Lovells, John Lewis and L’Oréal, and we anticipate that we will soon be able to offer this in-depth insider information on even more employers.

Graham Storey, the CEO of GTI Media, which is the parent company of TARGETjobs, said, ‘We are delighted to add Inside Buzz’s innovative products to our graduate recruitment services. We believe the insights that Inside Buzz offers to students will help them research potential employers and make more targeted applications.’
