I was most surprised by how in-depth the professional skills training was. I hadn't expected so much focus on areas like communication, time management, critical thinking, and business fundamentals, but those weekly sessions turned out to be essential. This curriculum helped me build the kind of interpersonal and soft skills that have been crucial to thriving in a real-world tech environment.

The training programme has taken me from being someone who only had a beginner's grasp on coding to someone who can deliver entire technical projects for a leading financial investment firm in the space of 6 months. That says it all really!

In order to really grow and move to bigger and better opportunities, your ability to interview is so important and I really struggled with it, but it was never addressed until the people at Sigma Labs really drilled it down into me, making me highlight my weaknesses and work on them nonstop, and it's honestly one of the biggest skills I've gained whilst being there and I know it'll take me far when I do want to pursue other opportunities again.
