Who we are
At XPO, we’re proud to be a trusted long-term supply chain partner to many successful brands. Delivering millions of products every day, we’re experts in our field, passionate about what we do, and our customers know they’re in safe, reliable hands. Our customers include Tesco, Peleton, Mercedes Benz and Porsche.
We’re all about the details that add real value. Good is not enough for us. We’re known for our unique solutions that give a competitive edge. That’s why we’re vital to so many brands - a trusted part of their team.
Each year, we recruit talented graduates, like you, to join us on our two year programme. During the two years on programme, you’ll get the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through three, eight-month placements across our business, giving you business wide experience and exposure to all things transport and warehousing. The key purpose of the programme is to harness and develop exceptional talent into future managers.
Each Logistics graduate joining our business gets a senior mentor to work with throughout the programme. A buddy is also provided, someone who’s on the scheme and has the experience to help you thrive whilst on programme.
As a company who strives for excellence in all that we do, we demand a lot from our people, and in return, we provide opportunities for continuous development and career progression.
Submit your CV
our application process is designed to be simple and straight forward. Before you begin, take time to update your CV. We’d love to know what you’ve achieved recently and get to know you.
The second stage of our application process is a quick engagement form we’ll send to you via email. Here we get to understand further your passion for logistics and why you’ve applied for our particular programme.
The third stage of the process is a 30 minute telephone interview, a one on one call with a senior leader in our business. A final chance to impress us with your knowledge on XPO and why you should be successful in joining us on this graduate programme journey.
If we think you show potential and passion, you will be invited to our final stage which is an assessment centre at a venue local to our head office in Crick.
