Each year, we recruit talented graduates, like you, to join us on our two-year programme. During the two years on programme, you’ll get the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through three, eight-month placements across our business, giving you business wide experience and exposure to all things transport and warehousing. The key purpose of the programme is to harness and develop exceptional talent into our future managers.

Each graduate joining our business gets a senior mentor to work with throughout the programme, to support them reach their goals.

Submit your CV

Our application process is designed to be simple and straight forward. Before you begin, take time to update your CV. We’d love to know what you’ve achieved recently and get to know you.

Engagement form

The second stage of our application process is a simple engagement form we’ll send to you via email. Here we get to understand your passion for logistics and why you’ve applied for our particular programme.

Telephone Interview

The third stage of the process is a 30-minute telephone interview, a one-on-one call with a leader in our business. A chance to impress us with your knowledge on XPO and why you should be successful in joining us on this exciting journey.

Assessment Centre

If we think you show potential and passion, you will be invited to our final stage, which is an assessment centre at a venue local to our head office in Crick.

  • Continue to develop relationships with organisations that support the resettlement of veterans and their families
  • Development of a veterans work experience programme
