About the Role
Are you passionate about marketing and delivering high quality results? Are you looking to work on a wide range of marketing projects, and gain exposure to all aspects of the marketing mix? We’re looking for an intern to join our UK & Ireland Corporate marketing team, to help support delivery and implementation of the UK & Ireland marketing strategy, as well as to provide operational support on the day-to-day running of the function.
You will have a busy, diverse, hands-on-role which will touch on all aspects of the marketing programme, from supporting planning processes through to implementation and delivery of key initiatives. You will work closely with the UK & Ireland marketing leader, senior marketing executive, the UK & Ireland segment marketing teams and the global functional marketing teams. You will also work with senior stakeholders in the business and key account teams, to help support strategic marketing initiatives across our key buyer groups.
A successful candidate is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment. This person must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and have the ability to juggle multiple, competing tasks and demands, with strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Support the UK & Ireland marketing team to ensure efficient planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns and initiatives as part of our UK & Ireland marketing strategy, working with the relevant functional marketing teams as required.
Help to ensure consistency of ‘best in class’ approach to larger marketing investments, including assisting with setup and preparation of briefing calls and briefing packs.
Support UK & Ireland corporate marketing team with preparation of presentations and regular reporting for EMEA business leadership and global marketing leadership, ensuring formatting and branding is in line with company templates and standards.
Assist with digital and website content development and maintenance, including review of service, industry and biography webpages.
Help to create compelling and innovative communications that meets various internal and external messaging needs, including drafting of client mailings, newsletters and social media posts.
Support events management for internal team events and external client events, including conferences, seminars, roundtable breakfasts/dinners, and networking drinks/dinners.
Assist with production of collateral, including proofreading and liaising with creative and content teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and activities.
Assist with other day-to-day team tasks and ad hoc projects, including web and email enquiries, management of shared mailboxes, processing invoices, etc.

What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
Applicants must be completing a sandwich course at university and due to graduate in 2028
Applicants must be available for this placement year from 7th September 2026 to 27th August 2027
Applicants must be predicted a 2:1 or above final grade (or equivalent) for their degree
Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to prioritise and manage time, workload and projects effectively
Strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing and comfortable communicating at all levels of an organisation
Willingness to learn how to navigate a complex organisation and establish networks, with excellent stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a marketing or corporate environment, ideally professional services or B2B
Prior experience in events management, including online events.
Experience in assisting with the creation and co-ordination of collateral both digital and paper based
Experience with using Eloqua (Oracle email marketing) or similar packages
Experience with using Salesforce (CRM Sales Cloud) or similar packages
