Responsibilities:
Our graduate programme will see you making an immediate and valuable contribution to complex strategic projects that help our clients organise, reward, develop and retain their people. Working with market-leading data, digital tools and GenAI, and learning from experienced consultants, you’ll:

Develop your consulting, practical and technical skills on our 12-month FAST START training programme

Use your creativity and analytical skills to turn data into meaningful conclusions and insights

Draft reports and exhibits that incorporate impactful data visualisation and storytelling for clients

Gain exposure to real client assignments, with opportunities to begin building relationships with high-profile clients across a range of sectors

Listen to client challenges and help to identify business development opportunities, research prospects and develop proposals

Broaden your understanding of our client solutions and the digital platforms and AI applications that are reshaping our industry

Continuously develop your skills in the areas that align with your talents and interests
The work we do in WRC is challenging and hugely varied. You’ll make an important contribution to data-led projects such as:

Guiding organisations on their pay transparency journey, conducting pay equity analytics and creating strategies to address areas of concern

Collaborating with our Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and strategic insights
-
Developing pay philosophies, principles and salary -structure designs that help clients balance internal equity and external competitiveness
-
Using data analytics and financial trends to help companies understand and qualify their compensation strategies
-
Designing, modelling, and implementing high-impact annual incentive programmes, including sales incentive plans
-
Helping clients to optimise their total rewards programmes, considering both employee preferences and costs

Drawing on our data science capabilities to provide clients with insights into current and future skills in their markets

Designing and implementing job levelling, job architecture and career framework solutions that will unlock employee career journeys for our clients

Reviewing and improving our clients’ approach to performance management

Qualifications
Requirements:

Comfortable working with and analysing data to draw meaningful conclusions

Familiar, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks

A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and collaborate effectively

Committed to quality, continuously working to achieve the highest excellence standards

An active listener who can understand and respond to the needs of others

Curious and eager to learn new skills and apply them to the ever-changing needs of our clients

At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline

Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role, which means blending working at home with at least three days in the office (four in your first few months), collaborating with and learning from the people around you.
