The ACA Programme
When you join, you’ll start working towards the ACA qualification. As an ACA Apprentice, you'll get involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. Our apprentices have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele representing various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. We prioritise your growth and development by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme.
What does a Deal Advisory team do?
Our Deal Advisory team handles various financial aspects within a company, focusing on maximizing shareholder value through financial planning, decision-making, and strategic analysis.
They work closely with other departments within the organisation, such as accounting, marketing, operations, and senior management, to provide financial insights that support and guide overall company strategies and decisions.
Ultimately, their aim is to enhance the company's financial performance, ensure financial stability, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
What do we look for?

Minimum of a 2:2 predicted grade, no need to be studying for a relevant accountancy degree

Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges

Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent
-
5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)

Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly

Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating high attention to detail

Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills

Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
