Role Overview
The Administrative Business Partner supports leaders and teams within Google Cloud Consulting. The role anticipates operational needs, resolves administrative issues and helps managers remain focused on business priorities in a changing environment.
The successful candidate will combine organisation, analysis, business judgement and clear communication while supporting multiple projects and working with people across different functions and levels of seniority.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leaders, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination and expense processing.
- Act as a proactive, transparent, organised and trusted business partner.
- Build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Improve the efficiency and responsiveness of current operations and help define new operational approaches.
- Contribute to team culture and support leadership initiatives, meetings, events and celebrations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least two years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment, including tasks such as travel, expenses, calendars or facilities coordination.
- Experience in executive support, administrative operations, non-technical project management or corporate event planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of process, project and programme management principles and the ability to apply them to operational issues.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and use technology to improve efficiency.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across a broad range of roles and functions.
