About the role

Griffiths & Armour, an Aon Company is one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers, with a philosophy of offering clients a highly skilled, innovative and totally client-orientated service, looking very widely at all aspects of risk management. Our forward-thinking approach has led to our appointment as insurance brokers for a client profile which encompasses corporate, professional, commercial, public and individual sectors, many of whom have a combination of domestic and international exposures.

We believe in fostering solid relationships with our clients to understand their business needs, and this allows us to adopt an innovative approach which has helped us to establish an impressive and loyal client base.

Based in our Liverpool office with an impressive history of more than 90-years, working across a range of sectors, we offer graduates a structured and on-the-job training programme, which may involve rotating through different departments, within either our General Insurance or Professional Risks divisions.

Each division has a dedicated Manager to oversee development, providing regular support and feedback and connecting you with peers and experts.

As part of our commitment for steady growth and continuous improvement, we are looking to recruit graduates who share similar values to our own, who are looking for a rewarding career in a dynamic and fast paced environment
