Job Description

NHS Grampian is now recruiting Final Year Nursing Students (Adult Branch) or nurses who are looking for their first registered nurse post since graduating from a UK university. You must be graduating from an NMC approved undergraduate programme.

You must be able to commence in post by mid-July.

Support for New Graduate Nurses

NHS Grampian has a strong commitment to provide support for new graduate nurses. As part of your first year in post you will receive:

  • 2 weeks minimum supernumerary
  • Support to complete Flying Start NHS® including 4 face-to-face Development Days aligned to the 4 Pillars of Practice.
  • Preceptorship
  • Values Based Reflective Practice
  • Clinical Supervision
