The Role

  • Support the Employee Technology Support team in various capacities, including Service Desk, Desktop Support, and Mobile Support.

  • Assist with service and incident requests across our global network.

  • Work directly with employees to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Contribute to team projects that enhance processes, service delivery, and the overall employee experience.

  • Participate in technical and professional development training.

  • Deliver excellent employee support—both remotely and desk-side.

  • Ask thoughtful, probing questions to diagnose issues and implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs.

  • Drive an independent project focused on operational or process improvement.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Proficiency with Office365 applications

  • Knowledge of technology processes and systems, such as operating systems and software applications

  • An eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Availability for the full 10-week duration of the internship from 18th June - 28 August 2026

  • Currently enrolled in a university with the ability to start a full-time role in 2027

  • The ability to speak German, French, Spanish or Italian in addition to English
