Clinical, Administrative, Social Media and Video creation Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile assistant to support a busy specialist surgical practice based in central London, operating across prestigious clinical sites.
This varied and rewarding role spans clinic reception, patient administration, social media content creation, video editing, operative filming at surgical procedures, and academic meeting support. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will become a trusted and integral member of a small, high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will be equally at home welcoming patients in a premium clinical environment as they are editing a reel, scripting educational content, or filming in an operating theatre.
Essential skills:

Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
-
Demonstrable social media content creation (portfolio required)

Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut or similar)

Confident with camera operation and basic production equipment
-
Excellent organisational and communication skills
-
Familiarity with UK GDPR and patient confidentiality
Experience in a private healthcare setting is desirable. Adaptability to attend operating sites and occasional weekend events is required.
