About Us

At Knight Frank, we believe that property is personal. We’ve been making our mark on the industry for 125 years, with offices in over 60 territories and a reach that extends to over half a trillion pounds of real estate. If you’re looking to start a career in property, there’s no better place to be.

About The Scheme

Based one of our UK city offices, you’ll learn, experience, and get exposed to everything you need to confidently launch a career in the property industry. Following the Commercial APC pathway, you’ll build on your potential, and gain hands on experience on a diverse range of projects. We’ll give you the opportunity to learn from the best and discover where your strengths and interests are best placed.

Your programme will include Valuation and Advisory, Capital Markets, and Agency and Development. And you’ll be supported at every step, with industry leading support to help you on your journey towards becoming a fully qualified surveyor.

About You

With a passion for property, and the ambition to become an expert in the property sector, you’ll have a 2.1 degree in any subject. A RICS accredited degree would be a bonus, but if your course wasn’t RICS accredited, no worries. We’ll support you to undertake your MSc in Real Estate whilst on the programme to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools you need to thrive.

More than anything, you’ll be a true team player ready to dedicate yourself to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a future-focused career right at the heart of the property industry.
