Bodwell’s 2025 Global Leadership Training Program is designed for motivated young graduates who are eager to gain hands-on leadership experience while guiding children and teens from over 15 countries in a progressive and multicultural environment.

This year, the program will run from June 30 – August 6, 2025, in Vancouver, BC. Selected applicants will spend six weeks developing leadership skills through training workshops and volunteer experiences, all while exploring Canadian culture and forming lasting friendships.

The best part? The experience is fully covered. Bodwell will cover accommodation, meals, medical insurance, activities, and even help with travel costs to and from Vancouver.

Program Costs

This is a volunteer program , and Bodwell will cover the following for participants:

• Accommodation: From program arrival to departure date
• Meals: Three meals per day plus an evening snack
• Medical Insurance: For the program duration
• International Travel Allowance: Starting at $1,550 CAD (varies depending on travel cost)
• Transportation: Airport transfers (both ways) and all program-related travel
• Activities and Outings: Including weekly events and a two-day farewell trip
• Additional Benefits: Reference letter, official certificate of completion, and Canadian souvenirs
