Graduate Analyst
Job Description
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.
Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.
As a Graduate Product Analyst, you’ll join our Analytics team on the 7th of September 2026. This full-time role is an opportunity to have a real impact and kickstart your career. You’ll be onboarded with the Graduate cohort in our London office and learn the basics of being a Wiser, as well as understand how analytics work here.
In this role, you will be part of the Product Analytics team within Wise, collaborate cross-functionally to shape and build our product, carry out data analysis using various statistical methods and tools to help us prioritize the most significant changes. All with the help of other senior analysts that will support you. You will collaborate with other cross-functional stakeholders in the team, including Product Managers, engineers, designers, and others, working on projects that will be the most impactful for our customers. Assist in building and optimizing data infrastructure (DBT, dashboards, A/B testing) and analysis to support strategic and data-driven decisions for your team.
Qualifications
- You have graduated in 2025/2026 with a Bachelors or Masters degree potentially in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, STEM or Economics/Business/Finance.
- Ready to start a full-time role on the 7th of September 2026, subject to external factors.
- You enjoy using numbers and data visualization to tell a story.
- You used coding to solve problems before and have some experience with using SQL, Python or R. That could be during your studies or as part of a personal project you’re passionate about!
- You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature.
- You’re open to and value feedback in order to improve.
- Have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and available to work in our local London office at least three times per week to support your development.
Additional Information
You will have flexibility in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different - so we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we recommend coming to the office as much as possible in your first weeks!
- Weekly office lunch and breakfast, coffee, tea and snacks.
- Salary band: £52,000 GBP/year.
- Fun and creative offices with social activities.
- Be part of a global team with a global mindset.
- Have a real impact. Solve real customer problems.
For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgment or prejudice. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.
We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
