Position Summary:
This full-time position is within the Product Management team working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).
We have an exciting opportunity for two graduates to join our pioneer programme and begin their careers as Associate Product Managers within our Product Management team. These positions offer a unique chance to kick-start your product career, working closely with our experienced Product Managers and gaining hands-on exposure across the full product lifecycle. From contributing to product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to developing market insights and helping shape customer-focused solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role
- Contribute to the development and ongoing product plans and priorities, with guidance from the Product Management team.
- Support the identification and articulation of product opportunities by gathering insights, shaping ideas, and helping test assumptions.
- Build a strong understanding of Cycle Pharma’s products, disease areas, and patient communities, applying this knowledge to day-to-day product activities.
- Prepare and maintain product materials including plans, briefs, presentations, and supporting documentation to enable effective decision-making.
- Build effective working relationships across multiple functions, developing an understanding of how different teams contribute to a product's success.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions by sharing insights, asking thoughtful questions, and supporting agreed actions.
- Gradually take ownership of defined areas of work or specific workstreams as confidence, capability, and experience develop.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize market intelligence, customer feedback, and internal performance data.
- Maintain competitor analysis and tracking of the competitive landscape, highlighting key developments for the Product team.
- Prepare insight reports and presentations to support product, portfolio, and strategic discussions.
- Work closely with Commercial Operations and Data teams to understand key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Support go-to-market readiness activities for product launches or major initiatives, including briefing materials and internal communications.
- Assist in the development and rollout of approved product messaging and sales enablement materials, under guidance and in line with compliance requirements.
- Capture insights from the sales team and translating the feedback into opportunities for product refinement.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, or forums to build understanding of customer dynamics and real-world application of product strategy.
- Support the development and maintenance of product training materials and preparation for training sessions.
- Seek feedback regularly and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Build strong foundational skills in product management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial thinking.
What We’re Looking For
- A scientific degree in either Biology or Chemistry (Bachelors, Master’s, or PhD).
- Demonstrated interest in business, economics through study, projects or work experience.
- Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and the impact of medicines on patients.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Ability to organize work effectively, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of colleagues.
- Comfortable working with data and standard business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools).
- A collaborative team player.
